Maria O'Connell graduated from the Dublin Conservatory of Music and Drama, after which she was asked to join the Vocal Dept as a member of the teaching staff, where she taught singing for 3 years. Maria loves the opportunity to perform operatic and oratorio arias, German lieder and French mélodies, and has performed this repertoire at a variety of events, including weddings, services, recitals and concerts.

Maria has included in her repertoire songs and arias from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods, such as those of Handel, Mozart, Schubert, Schumann, Fauré and Debussy, among others.
